One of the most common things that I hear from families is that their baby was sleeping soooo well until they hit the 4 month regression, and after that, things never went back to the way they were before. This is because by 4 months, not only have babies hit so many new developmental milestones, their sleep cycles have actually matured and changed as well. With a new awareness of the world and their surroundings, and more complex sleep cycles,  many babies suddenly need help connecting sleep cycles to sleep through the night, even if they didn't before. When this happens, we do what we need to do to survive. We feed to sleep, rock to sleep, bring our babies into our beds, or do whatever we can to get some sleep. This is totally fine as long as it's working for you! When you're ready to stop and to help your baby learn to connect sleep cycles independently and to sleep through the night, I'm here to help.

We'll work together on gradually helping your child become a more confident and independent sleeper in a way that feels comfortable to you. Let's face it - momming is hard! Becoming a mother seriously changes you to the core. It's almost like you're being born again, right along with your baby. Sometimes, having someone to walk you through it and help you figure out who you are in this new stage of life can make a big difference.  Whether your struggling with managing it all, figuring out how to get your child to sleep, finding yourself, fitting in time for self-care, or showing up as the mom you want to be, I'm here to walk you through it. 

With 8 weeks together, we'll be sure get your child's sleep where you want it to be, while also working through anything else related to mom life that isn't feeling quite in sync.

1 Hour Phone Consultation

A 1-hour call with Ali where we will discuss your child's sleep, establish sleep goals, and discuss strategies for improving your child's sleep. You will walk away with a better understanding of what may be causing your child's sleep struggles, some great information about sleep, and specific steps to take to improve your child's sleep.

Let me know you are interested in in-person support during your discovery call or at our first meeting, and I'll review the options with you.

Available upon request. Choose the number of days that you would like in-person support to go along with the virtual support. In-person support may occur at bedtime or at naps while Ali first models what to do, then does it together with you, and finally coaches you from the sidelines as you do it yourself. Texting, phone, and email support will continue for the duration of the package once the period of in-person support has ended.

What method of sleep training do you use? Will my baby have to cry it out? 

It's really important to me (and critical for your success) that you choose a method that is a good fit for your family. For this reason, I offer a variety of methods of sleep training, some of which invite you to be right beside your baby while he or she is building the confidence and the skills to sleep independently. Every child is different, and when we choose a method, we will take his or her personality, social emotional needs, and your parenting style into consideration. 


How is working with you different than a sleep plan or program that I can purchase online?

Helping yoour baby or toddler sleep well involves so much more than sleep training. When we work together, we'll look at the many things that affect sleep such as the sleep environment, the quality of your baby's feeds, your bedtime routine, and even the way you respond to your baby or toddler when she wakes in the middle of the night. You will then get a sleep plan written specifically for your child that honors your parenting style and targets the specific sleep goals you have for your child. It will address any unique situations your family may have, such as always being on the go, bringing your baby to work with you, or having multiple childcare arrangements throughout the week. I will then coach you on demand and in real time every step of the way as you implement your sleep plan. Not only will I guide you through the many things you experience with sleep each day, I will also give you feedback throughout the process to ensure that you are promoting good sleep for your child. Together, we will get your child falling asleep confidently and happily, and staying asleep in his or her own crib or bed all night long!
