We'll work together to build your child's confidence, create excitement around the new sleep plan, and to to set and stick to expectations that support your child in feeling positive and successful with bedtime and sleeping.

a detailed sleep plan written specifically for your child
a 60 minute sleep plan review call
a "get to know you" Zoom with your child
a daily support video for your child
two weeks of unlimited on-demand and real-time support and coaching as you implement your sleep plan
a detailed wrap up email including a review of our progress, next steps to take, frequently asked questions and helpful resource documents

"Big Kid" VIP Sleep Transformation Package

The VIP package includes 3 weeks of 1:1 coaching and ensures that we have time to meet all of your child's sleep goals at a pace that supports your child's emotional needs. We'll work together on gradually helping your child become a more confident and independent sleeper in a way that feels comfortable to you. This package includes:

The Right Beside You Package

Becoming an independent sleeper can feel like a huge change for older toddlers, preschoolers, and "big kids." For many kids, the way they are falling asleep now is the only way of sleeping that they've ever known.
The Right Beside You Package ensures that we take the time we need to prepare your child for success, build up his or her confidence, and move at a pace that he or she is comfortable with as these big changes occur. Additionally, you'll have options for how you want bedtime to go for your child. Some parents choose to stay right by the bed while their child falls asleep and others choose to gradually move out of the room until their child is able to fall asleep independently.
We'll work together 1:1 for 6 weeks to support your child and grow his orher sleep skills. During this time, we'll make a series of small, sustainable changes that feel manageable to you (and your child) and lead to BIG changes with your child's sleep. By the end of our time together, you can expect to:
know what works best for YOUR child (not every child) when it comes to sleep
be sleeping all night long
feel more regulated, less anxious, and happier in general
have a child who feels more regulated, more confident, less anxious and happier in general.

There are lots of generic sleep plans out there. The problem is that they're written for kids in general; not your child. When you purchase a custom sleep plan, I'll deep dive into everything that could possibly impacting your child's sleep. I'll then write a plan to help your child meet the sleep goals that mean the most to you in a way that feels right for your family. The Custom Sleep Plan Package includes:
an intake questionnaire
a detailed sleep plan written specifically for your child
a 60 minute sleep plan review call
2 emails to be used if needed within 30 days of the sleep plan review meeting

Sometimes, having someone to walk you through it and help you figure out who you are in this new stage of life can make a big difference. Whether your struggling with managing it all, figuring out how to get your child to sleep, finding yourself, fitting in time for self-care, or showing up as the mom you want to be, I'm here to walk you through it.
With 8 weeks together, we'll be sure get your child's sleep where you want it to be, while also working through anything else related to mom life that isn't feeling quite in sync.
This package includes:
8 weeks of 1:1 support
A sleep plan for your child (if needed)
A 1 hour introductory call where we establish your personal goals that will help you thrive in motherhood and begin to work out a plan for how to achieve them
1 Zoom meeting each week where we check in on goals and set a plan to help you keep moving forward throughout the week

Let me know you are interested in in-person support during your discovery call or at our first meeting, and I'll review the options with you.
Available upon request. Choose the number of days that you would like in-person support to go along with the virtual support. In-person support may occur at bedtime or at naps while Ali first models what to do, then does it together with you, and finally coaches you from the sidelines as you do it yourself. Texting, phone, and email support will continue for the duration of the package once the period of in-person support has ended.

A one hour call to review and answer questions about healthy and safe sleep habits, and to review the child's individualized sleep plan
Unlimited text or email support for the duration of the 2 week sleep consultation OR one follow up phone call and two follow up emails for support within 3 months of the initial call if nanny/grandparent support occurs after the sleep consultation has ended.
